MS Excel (Microsoft Excel)
It is a spreadsheet software developed by Microsoft. It is part of the Microsoft Office suite and is widely used for organizing, analyzing, and presenting data in tabular form.
MS Excel is used for:
- Data Entry and Management: Storing and organizing large amounts of data in rows and columns.
- Calculations and Formulas: Performing arithmetic operations like addition, subtraction, averages, percentages, etc.
- Data Analysis: Using functions, pivot tables, and charts to analyze trends and patterns.
