- Teacher's Day is celebrated every year on 5th September in India to honor and appreciate the contributions of teachers in our lives.
- This day marks the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, a great teacher, scholar, and the second President of India. When his students wanted to celebrate his birthday, he humbly requested that it be observed as Teacher's Day instead, to recognize the hard work of all educators.
- Teachers play a vital role in shaping the future of students. They guide us, inspire us, and help us become better human beings. A teacher is not just someone who teaches subjects, but someone who builds character, instils discipline, and encourages us to dream big.
- Teacher's Day is a reminder of the importance of educators in our society.
